Your points will be calculated based solely on the following products:

When are the points credited?

Points are not added immediately when you place an order.

Points will be awarded only when:

• The order has been confirmed and paid for in full.
• The order status has changed to Processing.

This process ensures that the purchase was received and validated correctly.

Cancelled or Refunded Orders

If an order is:

• Cancelled
• Refunded
• Marked as failed

The points earned from that purchase can be used to:

• be canceled,
• removed,
• automatically deducted from your balance.

If the points were already used prior to the adjustment, Flores Cancún reserves the right to make the necessary corrections within the program.

How do you redeem your points?

Your accumulated points can be redeemed for discounts on future purchases using coupons.

Current exchange rate:

10 points = $1 MXN discount

Examples:

100 points = $10 MXN
500 points = $50 MXN
1,000 points = $100 MXN

Discounts are generated through coupons in your account and can be applied during the checkout process.

Minimum and maximum redemption amounts

Currently:

• There is no minimum amount required to redeem points.
• There is no upper limit on the number of rewards you can earn.
• You can decide how many points to use based on the balance in your account.

Flores Cancún reserves the right to set future limits if necessary.

Validity of points

All accumulated points are valid for:

1 year (365 days)

The validity period begins on the date the points were earned.

Points that are not used by their expiration date will automatically expire and cannot be recovered.

Non-transferable points

The points:

• are personal;
• belong solely to the account where they were generated;
• may not be sold;
• cannot be transferred;
• cannot be exchanged between users;
• cannot be directly converted into cash.

Misuse

Flores Cancún reserves the right to cancel points or rewards or suspend accounts in cases such as:

• suspicious activities;
• fraudulent use of the program;
• order processing;
• creation of duplicate accounts;
• abuse of the rewards system.
