At our flower shop, we work every day to provide a reliable, punctual, and high-quality delivery service. Every floral arrangement and gift is carefully prepared to ensure it arrives in excellent condition and conveys the sentiment with which it was sent.
By making a purchase on our website, the customer agrees to the following shipping policies.
Delivery coverage
We currently deliver to Cancún and the surrounding areas, including:
- Downtown Cancún:

Shipping rates may vary depending on the selected location and delivery distance.
Delivery times
Our delivery hours are:
- Morning session: 10:00 AM a 2:00 PM
- Afternoon session: 3:00 PM a 7:00 PM
Deliveries are made Monday through Saturday. Sunday deliveries can only be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability.
We cannot guarantee an exact delivery time, as routes are organized based on the day’s operational logistics. However, we do guarantee delivery within the selected time window.
Same-day delivery orders
We offer same-day delivery for orders placed by the following cutoff times:
- For deliveries between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM, orders must be placed by 11:00 AM.
- For deliveries between 3:00 PM and 7:00 PM, orders must be placed by 4:00 PM.
Orders placed after these hours will be scheduled for the next available day.
Recipient Information
It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate and complete information for delivery. We recommend including:
- Recipient's full name
- Phone number
- Exact address
- Additional references

A lack of information or incorrect data may cause delivery delays.
Deliveries to hotels and residential buildings
Deliveries to hotels, hospitals, offices, or private residences may be subject to each location’s internal access policies. In some cases, products must be delivered to the front desk or to authorized staff.
We are not responsible for delays caused by access restrictions beyond our control.
Recipient not present
If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, our team will try to contact them at the number provided.
Depending on the situation, the order may:
- to be delivered to an authorized person at the address,
- leave at the front desk or with security,
- or be rescheduled.
Returns may incur additional charges.
Changes and modifications
Changes to the destination, date, or time must be requested well in advance and are subject to operational availability.
We cannot guarantee last-minute changes once the order is being processed or is in transit.
Peak travel dates
During special seasons such as:
- Mother's Day
- Valentine's Day
- Christmas
- Graduation
- High-demand dates
Delivery times may vary slightly due to high order volumes. We appreciate our customers’ understanding during this time.

All of our arrangements are made with fresh, carefully selected flowers. Some flowers, wrapping, bases, or colors may vary slightly depending on seasonal availability, while always maintaining the style and value of the arrangement you purchase.
