We offer local delivery to various areas in Cancún and the surrounding region, ensuring that your flowers, gifts, and special treats arrive fresh, presentable, and ready to delight.

Delivery times

We have organized delivery slots to optimize delivery times and ensure better service:

• Morning deliveries: 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM
• Afternoon deliveries: 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM

These hours apply Monday through Saturday. On Sundays, special deliveries may be arranged only by prior appointment, subject to operational availability.

Please note that same-day delivery orders have cutoff times. This allows us to properly prepare each arrangement and efficiently coordinate delivery logistics.

Same-day delivery

We know that many important occasions come up at the last minute. That’s why we offer same-day delivery for orders placed during our business hours.

For deliveries during the morning slot (10:00 AM to 2:00 PM), orders must be placed by 11:00 AM.

For deliveries during the afternoon slot (3:00 PM to 7:00 PM), orders must be placed by 4:00 PM.

After those hours, available deliveries will be automatically rescheduled for the next available business day.

The more accurate the information, the faster and more efficient the delivery will be.

Deliveries to hotels and residential buildings

In some hotel areas, private residential complexes, or buildings with access control, delivery may depend on the property’s internal access policies. In such cases, our team will do everything possible to coordinate the delivery properly with the front desk, security, or authorized personnel.
