Yes, your invoice will be issued in the month you made your purchase. It is important that you request it before the end of the month in which you made your purchase.
If no one is home, the driver will wait 10 minutes to deliver the arrangement. If no one is found, the driver will contact a neighbor and ask them to kindly deliver the arrangement, specifying who it is for. We will then call the recipient to confirm delivery of the arrangement.
If no one is home or if the recipient refuses the delivery, a notice will be left at the recipient’s address asking them to contact us to arrange for delivery. We will also attempt to notify the customer of the situation by phone or email.
