    Delivery times<\/h2>

    Our delivery hours are:<\/p>

    • Morning session:<\/strong> 10:00 AM a 2:00 PM<\/li>
    • Afternoon session:<\/strong> 3:00 PM a 7:00 PM<\/li><\/ul>

      Deliveries are made Monday through Saturday. Sunday deliveries can only be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability.<\/p>

      We cannot guarantee an exact delivery time, as routes are organized based on the day\u2019s operational logistics. However, we do guarantee delivery within the selected time window.<\/p>

      Same-day delivery orders<\/h2>

      We offer same-day delivery for orders placed by the following cutoff times:<\/p>

      • For deliveries between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM, orders must be placed by 11:00 AM.<\/li>
      • For deliveries between 3:00 PM and 7:00 PM, orders must be placed by 4:00 PM.<\/li><\/ul>

        Orders placed after these hours will be scheduled for the next available day.<\/p>

        Recipient Information<\/h2>

        It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate and complete information for delivery. We recommend including:<\/p>

          We are not responsible for delays caused by access restrictions beyond our control.<\/p>

          Recipient not present<\/h2>

          If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, our team will try to contact them at the number provided.<\/p>
